Wecs Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Wrong Way mobile application (the "App"), a sleek, minimalist strategy game inspired by mazes and blocks. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

By using Wrong Way, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Wrong Way offers optional account creation. You may play as a guest without creating an account, or you may sign in using:

• Email address
• Google sign-in
• Apple sign-in

If you choose to create an account, we collect the information necessary to facilitate that sign-in method (such as your email address, or a unique identifier and basic profile information provided by Google or Apple, depending on your privacy settings with those providers). We do not collect any sensitive personal information, such as location, health data, contacts, or payment details.

The App also uses Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand general usage patterns and improve the App. This may automatically collect limited, non-identifying technical information, such as:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• General usage and gameplay data (e.g., games played, session length, feature interactions)
• Approximate, non-precise location derived from IP address (e.g., country or region)
• Crash and performance diagnostics

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, if you choose to sign in
• Save your game progress and preferences
• Understand how the App is used so we can improve gameplay and performance
• Identify and fix technical issues or crashes
• Communicate with you regarding support requests

3. Third-Party Services

Wrong Way uses the following third-party services:

• Sign in with Apple — used to facilitate account sign-in via your Apple ID, subject to Apple's own privacy practices.

These providers may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies as well.

4. Future Advertising

Wrong Way is currently free with no advertising. In a future update, we may introduce advertising through Google AdMob to support continued development of the App. If and when ads are introduced, AdMob may collect certain information (such as advertising identifiers and general device/usage data) to serve and measure ads, and, where applicable, to personalize ad content, subject to your consent and device permissions (e.g., App Tracking Transparency on iOS). This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before ads are enabled, and you will be presented with any required consent prompts at that time.

5. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes beyond what is described in this policy (i.e., the analytics and authentication providers listed above, and, in the future, AdMob for ad serving).

6. User-Generated Content

Wrong Way does not support user-generated content, comments, or uploads. All game content is created by Wecs Labs.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

If you create an account, we retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Guest play data that is not tied to an account is retained only locally on your device or is anonymized within analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

Wrong Way is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Since account creation is optional and no sensitive data is collected, most users will have little to no personal data on file. If you have an account and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when new features (such as advertising) are introduced. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
